Ingredients
Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) bitartrate, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], maize starch, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc citrate, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid).

Capsules to avoid taste
The taste of the raw is not bad, somewhat acidic but not annoying or itchy. I bought it in capsules for convenience to be able to take it with me since I always take it before studying. It may be suggestion but I would say that it gives me a little punch and for the price it is worth it as an addition.
