At HSN we appreciate your loyalty by offering you a points/discounts system. All your purchases in our shop add up to points that you can exchange for money in future purchases and get interesting discounts on all products.

How to earn HSN Points?

Although you may already know about our HSN Points Program thanks to the video that opens the page, below we detail how you can add them up, with which you can get discounts on your next purchases. There are three ways to earn them so you can put each of them into practice.

1. When you make a purchase

For every purchase, you’ll earn 2% of the total amount in HSN Points (shipping costs and VAT are not included in this calculation).

It doesn’t matter what type of products you buy — the points system applies to all items on our website.

Let’s look at a practical example:

You place an order at HSNstore for €45.
For every €1 spent, you earn 2 points, so your purchase will add 90 HSN Points to your account.
Since 100 HSN Points = €1, your 90 points are worth €0.90 in discounts.

That means, with your €45 order, you’ll accumulate 90 points, equivalent to a €0.90 discount to redeem on your next purchase.

2. When you leave a review about a product

When you leave a review about products purchased at HSNstore, you can earn points.

1 review = 20 points

But how do you earn those points? What are the conditions? Stay tuned — we’ll explain everything below:

The first requirement is that you’ve purchased the product on HSN and that it has already been delivered to you.

Our goal is to ensure that our customers have the best possible information about our products — and what better way to achieve this than by including the opinions of other consumers? However, we also need to prevent misuse of the review system, such as fake comments, attempts to gain unfair benefits, or actions that could damage our brand image.

Once you’ve received your product at home, try it out and leave us your review. Your opinion and collaboration are very important to us!

We recommend that you focus your comments on the product itself: Was it to your liking? Did it meet your expectations? How did you use it and how did it work for you? If the product comes in different flavours, please also mention which flavour you purchased.

After you submit your review, it will be reviewed by our Customer Service department, which will check whether it meets the guidelines mentioned above. This process may take a few days due to the high volume of reviews we receive.

Important! We don’t only accept positive reviews about HSN products. You’ll also earn your points if your review is not positive, as long as it’s constructive, helps us improve, and is written respectfully and in good faith.

Finally, once your review has been approved, the corresponding points will be added to your HSN account (within 6 days). You can then redeem those points for discounts on your next purchase at HSNstore.

We guarantee that all reviews are written by customers who have genuinely purchased the product — they are verified purchases.

3. Invite friends to HSN

For every friend you invite, you’ll earn 500 HSN Points (€5) — and your friend will also receive 500 HSN Points! The points will be added to your account once your friend places their first order in our store.

How it Works and Conditions

The points system applies to all products, regardless of the type of purchase.

Points can be redeemed during the checkout process in intervals of 300.
For example, if you have 450 points, you can redeem 300 points, and the remaining 150 points will stay in your account to continue accumulating and redeeming once you reach 300 again.

The value of the points applied cannot exceed 20% of the total order amount, including taxes but excluding shipping costs.

HSN Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
