International Shipping Costs
General delivery conditions
Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you of via email. Typically, orders placed before 16:00h are shipped the same day. However, this may vary depending on the volume of orders.
Orders placed after 16:00h on Fridays will be processed for shipping starting the following Monday.
During promotional periods (e.g. the days surrounding Black Friday), shipments may experience slight delays due to the increased number of orders being processed. In some cases, and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, but if you need a specific delivery time you can indicate it in the order comments. This does not guarantee 100% that this will be the case as it depends on the timetables and routes of the transport company.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
To guarantee the quality of our service, all our shipments are insured against loss and theft.
Please ensure that all your order details are complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, zip code, or missing information, or if the courier is unable to contact you, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery or return costs. If you realize there is an error in your details while your order is still being prepared, please contact us immediately.
Additionally, we ask that you provide a valid contact phone number for the delivery country (a local or national number) to ensure the courier can reach you if needed. Please note that if you provide an international number, the courier may not be able to contact you.

Below are the shipping costs depending on the amount of the order for some countries:
* Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping is applied when the order total exceeds a certain amount, which is calculated after applying any discounts or promotions. If a discount reduces the order total below the minimum required for free shipping, shipping charges will apply.
** Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from when the order leaves our warehouse. For certain destinations, due to location, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated as you add your products to the shopping cart and will depend on:
- Actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater).
- Total amount of the order.
We will show you all the shipping options available for delivery to your home and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
For shipments outside EU (Schengen area) and/or countries with customs*, please note that the following situations and costs are the customer's responsibility and not covered by HSN:
- Any customs clearance and/or related costs.
- Compliance with the local laws of the country of destination (it is the responsibility of the customer to know whether the product being purchased (composition) is permitted in the country of destination).
- In the event of blocking and retention of the order by the customs office of destination, HSN will not be responsible or liable for any costs or losses related to the above two points.
