Coconut Flour from Now Foods is a food product, coconut flour.
Coconut flour is a natural food obtained during the process of making coconut milk. Once the milk is extracted, the remaining pulp is dried and then ground until a very fine powder is obtained (similar to wheat flour) with a coconut aroma.
Coconut flour is perfect as a substitute for conventional wheat or corn flour in our usual cooking recipes.
Coconut flour is widely used among people with celiac disease and those who have cut cereals out of their diet.
Also, coconut flour provides a great amount of fiber (15 g of coconut flour provides 6 g of fiber).

I have not found a way to take it
I like the taste but I find it hard to put it in smoothies or puddings easily, I can't find the most effective way to take it... hopefully I'll get the hang of it by trying it.
