I do not notice any effect

I like the effects that are indicated on which it can act, but the truth is that I do not notice any difference since I bought it. I take the two capsules a day in the morning, whether I train or not, but I don't notice any difference to how I felt before I took them. The capsules are medium sized, so they are easy to take.

Me gustan los efectos que se indican sobre los que puede actuar, pero la verdad es que no noto ninguna diferencia desde que la compré.
