I'm not usually squeamish about flavors but the truth is that I'm having a hard time with this protein. I put pure cocoa and cinnamon and I still can't disguise the grassy taste. It's a shame but I don't think I'll repeat.

It's fine if you want a vegetable protein. But this one does have some flavor. I camouflage it in the porridge with other ingredients that give flavor, but alone I couldn't drink it. It feels good.

Very pleased with the product
At home we are vegetarians and we are very happy with this protein. If it is true that it tastes like grass, it does not taste as much as some of the comments I have read. It depends on how accustomed the palate is to eating vegetables and herbs. For example, spirulina tastes much stronger.
