I started taking it because I was not able to reach the recommended magnesium levels with my diet. It helps me to fall asleep and rest better.

Magnesium very effective for the nervous system.

A very good quality magnesium. It is noticeable in relaxation, mood and especially in sleep. It does not cause digestive discomfort and the capsule is easy to take. For me it is one of the most effective magnesiums I have tried and it is excellent value for money.
