It does, however, have a high fibre content, containing 30% dietary fibre.

Because the coating agent used to transform avocado oil into a powdered product is gum arabic, a natural additive derived from acacia resin that contains exclusively plant fibre.
It's an excellent product with a great nutritional profile, perfect for using in a huge variety of recipes; from smoothies to baking, or even in traditional dishes, where avocado oil can be used to add nutritional richness.

I am trying avocado powder, a real discovery for me.
