Evoburn - Discover the HSN classic
Evoburn from SportSeries is a vegetarian capsule dietary supplement, developed from a combination of scientifically studied compounds (caffeine, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, and specific compounds). It's a quality formula with a considerable stimulant load from its more than 200 mg of caffeine, making Evoburn the star product for the day, but not suitable for the night.
The Evoburn formula is one of the first brand-specific formula launches to reach the market, and it has accompanied the definitional stages of all fitness lovers since 2013; during this time, we’ve been learning and updating with the latest published scientific evidence, and Evoburn, over its more than 10 years of life, has evolved as science uncovered consistent evidence of new and interesting compounds.
A balanced composition
Contains compounds backed by scientific evidence
The importance of a dietary supplement containing scientifically supported compounds lies in the product’s safety. Ingredients that have undergone scientific studies provide confidence and backing for users that the product isn’t based on popular preconceptions. In addition, these compounds have been evaluated for safety, meaning we know what amounts can be used to combine safety and quality.
At HSN we use only quality ingredients for developing our formulas, and of course, Evoburn wasn’t going to be an exception. Using quality compounds lets us provide you with clear, evidence-based information about Evoburn, which adds great value for someone interested in buying the product because it helps you make an informed purchase, not one based on unjustified marketing. In a market full of options, we prioritize transparency and scientific evidence as key factors in developing a product with the standards we demand to be a 'HSN formula,' and our quality and the positive ratings from all users who trust us back us up.
Try Evoburn and discover a quality formula.
With standardized plant extracts
The standardization of herbal extracts in their characteristic phytochemical constituents is crucial to ensure product consistency and quality. This standardization means the extract contains a specific and consistent amount of the compounds responsible for its physiological effects. Without this standardization, levels of these compounds can vary significantly between batches, resulting in inconsistent products. By using standardized extracts, like those we use in Evoburn, you can be sure you’ll always get a consistent contribution, essential for achieving the desired nutritional results.
Knowing the standardization of the extracts used, something we achieve thanks to the excellent quality control of the raw materials we use, we can choose the best dose to use for each of the selected compounds for Evoburn’s development, ensuring a safe contribution is selected in a guaranteed way.

High caffeine content from different sources
Evoburn is a formula with stimulants, these stimulants are caffeine as the fundamental alkaloid, containing, a total daily dose of the product, 6 vegetable capsules: +200 mg of caffeine.
From this total contribution, a relevant portion is anhydrous caffeine, naturally purified from green coffee beans, but added in pure form to adjust the amounts to the stimulating input we were aiming for with our product.
The remainder of the caffeine is naturally present in plant extracts with stimulating alkaloids that are part of Evoburn’s formula:
- Guaraná.
- Green tea.
- Yerba mate.
A balanced caffeine contribution, with a significant but adjusted stimulatory load. Evoburn isn’t a supplement focused solely on delivering a mega caffeine dose; Evoburn goes much further and thus doesn’t need mega-doses of caffeine.
With sinefrin, theobromine and other well-known compounds
Evoburn contains different compounds that are known for their properties in formulas of this type, and many of these compounds are naturally present in the plant extracts included in the formula, for example:
| Compound | Origin |
| Guaranine | Guaraná |
| Capsaicine | Cayenne |
| Polyphenols and catechins | Green tea |
| Mateine | Yerba mate |
| P-Sinefrine | Bitter orange |
| Theobromine | Cocoa |
| Salicin | Willow |
| Naringin | Pomelo |
| Piperine | Black pepper |
All these natural-origin compounds are important contributions to Evoburn’s formula properties.
In addition to other compounds that have been added in purified presentations to complete the HSN formula:
- L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (2:1).
A quality formula: learn its properties
The properties of Evoburn’s components make it a standout formula, because:
- Contributes to lipid metabolism (property associated with green tea).
- Helps regulate fat metabolism (thanks to Coleus forskohlii).
And during the definition training period, the caffeine it contains contributes to an increase in endurance (as long as it is consumed at a dose of 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before physical exercise), helping to extend the duration of the training.
Daily dose split into several servings, why?
Dividing intake into several servings throughout the day is a strategy to maintain constant levels of the ingredients in the body.
When a large dose is taken once, it can cause a rapid and high rise in blood levels of these compounds, followed by a pronounced drop. This results in peaks and troughs, which can reduce their benefits over the day and leads to consuming larger amounts of compounds at once, potentially negatively affecting more stimulant-sensitive people, for example due to elevated levels in a short period.
We have developed Evoburn dosing into smaller doses spread throughout the day to allow a more sustained intake of the formula’s compounds in the body. This helps to maintain a more stable level of these compounds, thus optimizing it and avoiding the consumption of large amounts of certain compounds at once.
Also, taking them separately allows a more constant intake of the different product components, maintaining steadier levels in the body.
We recommend the last dose before 6:00 p.m. to avoid interfering with sleep.
Stimulant content and nighttime use, is it possible?
Products with stimulants don’t mix well with sleep and rest.
It’s important to take the last stimulant dose at least 6 hours before sleep to avoid interference with rest. Stimulants, such as caffeine and other compounds present in Evoburn, like theobromine, can increase alertness, which is beneficial during the day but problematic when it comes to sleeping. If consumed too close to bedtime, these compounds may make it harder to fall asleep and reduce sleep quality, leading to inadequate rest.
Given how important rest is for physical and psychological well-being, it’s advisable to avoid using compounds that could interfere with it, so Evoburn is ideal for daytime takes, up to roughly early afternoon; and you can continue using a similar formula during night hours with Evoburn Sin Estimulantes. Perfectly compatible with using Evoburn classic.
Q&A - HSN Responds
Is Evoburn safe? I’ve never used it
Evoburn is a completely safe dietary supplement at the daily dose recommended for healthy people.
You simply need to keep in mind that due to its caffeine content it’s not recommended for children or pregnant women, nor during breastfeeding.
Does Evoburn have side effects?
Caffeine has a characteristically stimulant effect, which is the most identifying and positive aspect of the compound; however, its dose is cumulative, meaning that after a certain amount it can cause an excess activation that manifests as anxiety.
People more sensitive to caffeine effects can use its stimulant-free version.
Can I take more Evoburn than recommended?
It’s not necessary or advisable.
The recommended daily dose of Evoburn is enough to take advantage of all its properties, regardless of factors like body weight or the body fat percentage a person has or wants to reach.
Can I use Evoburn on an empty stomach? And before cardio?
Yes, just keep in mind that stimulant effects on an empty stomach are more noticeable and intense.
You can use Evoburn both on an empty stomach and before training, and before training on an empty stomach.
Note that taking capsules on an empty stomach can be strong for people with sensitive digestion, especially in the case of Evoburn due to the pungent compounds characteristic of cayenne extract; if you experience any type of digestive discomfort, we recommend using the product with food to avoid this effect.
Can I use Evoburn even if I’m not in a definition training phase?
Caffeine has properties beyond the effects sought with Evoburn, and in fact it’s a positive performance-enhancing agent, improving concentration and alertness when consumed in amounts of at least 75 mg.
So it isn’t exclusively for definition use, but to take advantage of the above effects it’s better:
How many days do I need to rest from Evoburn? Can I use it all year?
After reviews of the latest scientific studies published related to caffeine, we’ve updated our recommendations.
It’s no longer necessary to rest from Evoburn. Caffeine does not lose properties with continuous use, and that’s what the most recent studies with high methodological quality report.
So Evoburn can be used continuously, without breaks, and throughout the year without issues.
