For excesses

I can't say if it has an effect or not. I take it when I'm on a diet and I'm going to take some extra food in excess. If you take it 1h before or so it takes away a lot of hunger and you freckle less.

No puedo opinar si tiene efecto o no. Lo tomo cuando estoy a dieta y voy a tomar alguna comida extra en exceso. Si lo tomas 1h antes o así te quita bastante el hambre y pecas menos.

I think it comes from crustaceans and people give it good reviews and I went for that because compared to other products this one had quite a few for a reason ... .
