The capsules are large, and 2 capsules must be taken daily before each meal, which seems to me to be a large dose; I take it before large meals and it is noticeable in the short term.

I usually use it and in fact it works very well for the days when I know I'm going to overdo it eating or I'm going to eat very heavy digestion foods. At least I notice the effects and I have better digestion.

I can't say if it has an effect or not. I take it when I'm on a diet and I'm going to take some extra food in excess. If you take it 1h before or so it takes away a lot of hunger and you freckle less.

No puedo opinar si tiene efecto o no. Lo tomo cuando estoy a dieta y voy a tomar alguna comida extra en exceso. Si lo tomas 1h antes o así te quita bastante el hambre y pecas menos.
