Muscle Care* – Nutritional support for muscle at every stage
Muscle Care* from EssentialSeries is a flavored powdered food supplement based on creatine monohydrate, calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, amino acids, calcium alpha-hydroxy-isocaproate, magnesium, Rhaponticum carthamoides, and vitamin D3, with sweeteners (depending on the flavor).
Developed to offer broad nutritional support specifically aimed at muscle care*. Its formulation combines widely used ingredients in sports nutrition with other compounds of interest during periods of lower activity or active aging. Far from being a product exclusive to high performance, Muscle Care* takes a more global view of muscle care. It’s designed for athletes, active people, users with demanding routines, but also for those going through phases of lower physical load, training readaptation processes, or looking for support in caring for their muscle mass over time.
The result is a versatile formula, designed to fit naturally into daily life as a complement to a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
A formula designed to support muscle beyond training: enjoy well-planned nutrition.
A cross-cutting approach to muscle, from physical activity to care through nutrition.
A formula built on scientific grounds
The composition of Muscle Care* follows a clear approach: to integrate compounds commonly found in scientific research and nutritional practice, in functional doses and within a balanced matrix.
Its main components include:
- Creatine monohydrate, one of the most studied ingredients in sports nutrition, present in an amount that provides 5 g of creatine per serving. Daily creatine intake can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years old (Statement aimed at adults over 55 who regularly perform resistance training. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine combined with resistance training, which allows an increase in workload over time and should be performed at least three times per week for several weeks, with an intensity of at least 65 %-75 % of one repetition maximum load)
- Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), with a ratio where L-leucine plays a leading role, accompanied by L-isoleucine and L-valine.
- HMB and HICA, leucine-derived metabolites, included as calcium salts for maximum benefit.
- Magnesium, provided through malate, citrate, and bisglycinate, allowing a significant contribution to daily intake.
- Plant-based vitamin D3, sourced from lichen, which contributes to normal muscle function.
This combination allows muscle care* to be addressed from different nutritional perspectives, integrating functional nutrients, micronutrients, and specific compounds within a single formula.
Rhaponticum carthamoides: one of the best sources of ecdysterone
One of the most distinctive elements of Muscle Care* is the inclusion of a root extract of Rhaponticum carthamoides with a 500:1 extraction ratio, standardized to 95% beta-ecdysterone by HPLC.
This concentration level means each serving provides the equivalent of more than 26 g of native root, packing the characteristic compounds of this plant into a small amount.
Rhaponticum carthamoides has traditionally been used in high physical demand settings, valued for its historical use.
Traditionally, this plant has been used to tone the body, stimulate mental capacity, and support the body’s adaptation in contexts of physical stress.
Magnesium and vitamin D: micronutritional support
Muscle Care* includes a significant amount of magnesium, a mineral involved in multiple physiological processes related to normal neuromuscular function, energy metabolism, and electrolyte balance.
The simultaneous presence of different magnesium salts reflects a technical approach aimed at diversifying the mineral sources within the formula, integrating it in balance with the other compounds.
The formula is completed with vitamin D, which contributes to normal muscle function, reinforcing Muscle Care*’s role as a food supplement aimed at broad muscle care*.
Who is Muscle Care* for?
Muscle Care* is aimed at a wide audience sharing the same goal: caring for their muscle mass.
It’s especially interesting for athletes and active people who want to include a complete formula in their daily routine, for users with demanding training or phases of high physical load, and also for people going through periods of lower activity or older adults for whom preserving muscle mass becomes key due to aging.
Its design makes it ideal for daily use, integrated within a context of balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
A formula designed to support you when you need it
Muscle Care* isn’t a one-off product, but a nutritional support tool that can be part of long-term routines, even over the years, as your needs change.
Its powdered format with different flavors available makes adherence and integration into daily life easy, allowing you to adapt it to different moments and needs, hassle-free.
Muscle Care* is a formula for those who see muscle as a tool to care for throughout life.
