Delayed-release vegetable capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), gelling agent (gellan gum)], Bifidobacterium longum (100x10^9 CFU/g), inulin (Oraftis®HSI), fructooligosaccharides (FOS), Lactobacillus acidophilus (200x10^9 CFU/g), Lactobacillus fermentum (200x10^9 CFU/g), Lactobacillus gasseri (200x10^9 CFU/g), Streptococcus thermophilus (200x10^9 CFU/g), Bifidobacterium bifidum (400x10^9 CFU/g), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (400x10^9 CFU/g), Lactobacillus casei (400x10^9 CFU/g), Lactobacillus paracasei (400x10^9 CFU/g), Bifidobacterium lactis (500x10^9 CFU/g), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), microencapsulated vitamin A [retinyl acetate (vitamin A)].

It was like a miracle for me
I had to take two high doses of antibiotics because of severe acne. After two weeks at the latest, I knew what gastrointestinal pain was. The pain was so severe that I rolled back and forth on the bed in the fetal position. Then I discovered Respi biotics and ordered it. Two days later the pain was gone and when I had a bowel movement in the morning everything smelled normal again instead of like death and decay.
