Rutin 500mg from EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegan capsules based on rutin, naturally sourced, the flower buds of the Sophora japonica.
Rutin is a flavonoid belonging to the subfamily of flavonols, found in large quantities in sophora extract, which is why the plant is highly valued in the nutritional field.

They help me a lot with the problem of eyestrain and eye pain, not that they remove the problem but they alleviate it a lot. The effect is noticeable after a few days but they do work, I take them together with lutein and the result obtained is very good. I should point out that I use screens a lot, and taking them helps my eyesight to last longer, otherwise I would not be able to.
Me ayudan bastante con el problema de vista cansada y con el dolor ocular, no es que quiten el problema pero sí lo alivian y mucho. El efecto se nota al cabo de unos días pero sí funcionan, las tomo junto con luteina y el resultado obtenido es muy bueno.
Aclaro que uso mucho las pantallas, y tomándolo mi vista aguanta más, de otra forma no podría.
