Good but I have too much melatonin
It works and is great for those who want an all-in-one before bed, but I would appreciate a melatonin-free version for those of us who are negatively affected by it, in the same way that HSN has caffeine-free products. Perhaps a more stress-oriented all-in-one during the day would be best!
