Ingredients
Nicotinamide (vitamin B3), vegetable capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Warnings

Vitamin B3 nicotinamide 500mg by EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement in veg capsules made with pure vitamin B3 niacinamide.
This product has been producedwithout using raw materials or excipients of animal origin, making it completely suitable for use in vegetarian and vegan diets.
Niacin (vitamin B3) is also a water-soluble vitamin:
Nicotinic acid has very low use limits. According to reports from the European Food Safety Authority (2010), no more than 10mg of this form of vitamin should be consumed, which is below the nutrient reference values recommended for niacin by the European Parliament
These low limits are due to the impossibility of using higher doses.

It is one of the workhorses that helps when the balance in our organism is broken and we need an extra push. It would be great if we could eliminate the silicon dioxide and magnesium salts as an anti-caking agent, emulsifier, etc. etc. but it is difficult because the price would not be the same, obviously.
