Energy and cardiovascular health
Raw shelled seeds are an excellent source of natural energy, providing 611 kcal per 100 grams, mainly from their healthy fatty acids and plant proteins. Their energy profile makes them perfect for athletes and people with high energy needs, as they provide sustained fuel the body requires. Thanks to their composition, sunflower seeds are a nutritious and practical option to include in a balanced diet, even if sometimes they’re overlooked.
Regarding their fatty acid profile, our seeds stand out for their content of unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, supporting cardiovascular care. Being a natural source of these heart-healthy fats, raw shelled seeds can be part of a diet aimed at overall health, offering a different flavor from more commonly used foods and an alternative snack option.
Natural source of protein and dietary fiber
Our seeds are an excellent natural source of protein, with 23 g per 100 g of product. This protein content makes them ideal for those looking to gain and maintain muscle mass, whether athletes, active people, or anyone interested in balanced nutrition. Thanks to their nutritional profile, they’re a versatile and delicious option to complement daily plant-based protein intake like legumes, as their protein content complements each other.

They also contain 10 g of dietary fiber per 100 g. Fiber is a nutrient often consumed below ideal levels in Western diets. The popularity of ultra-processed foods has significantly reduced fiber intake in modern diets, making it even more valuable to include natural options like seeds, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and more real food. Adding seeds to your daily diet is an easy and tasty way to balance nutrient intake and promote healthier eating.
No salt, no added sugar: totally natural and raw
Our raw shelled seeds come in their most natural form: no salt and no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars). We chose this presentation to let you enjoy their authentic flavor and get the most out of their nutritional qualities, without unnecessary additives. Since they’re not processed with extra ingredients, they’re a versatile option that fits any diet, allowing you to combine them with other foods without altering their natural balance.
Nowadays, salt and sugar consumption tends to be excessive due to the high presence of ultra-processed foods in everyday diets. Many products include these ingredients in high amounts, which can unbalance daily intake without us even realizing it. Choosing natural options like these sunflower seeds helps reduce exposure to these additives and keeps better control over what we eat.
Going back to foods in their most natural state is a way to return to a more balanced and simple diet. Choosing natural ingredients lets you appreciate real flavors, diversify your diet, and encourage healthier habits. Our raw shelled seeds are an excellent alternative for those seeking a nutritious, additive-free snack that fits a healthy lifestyle and better eating habits.

Use them in recipes or enjoy as a snack
Seeds are a versatile and delicious ingredient to include in your daily diet. Although the most common way to eat them is as a snack, they have other uses too.
First off, even though the seeds are raw and we chose them this way to keep all their natural properties, you can toast them—just toss them in a hot pan for a few seconds to deepen their flavor.
They’re perfect for adding a crunchy, nutritious touch to fresh salads, protein shakes, or granolas and cereal bars made with rolled oats. You can also mix them with yogurt and fruit for a balanced breakfast or add them to breads, cookies, and cakes to boost their nutritional value.
If you’re after savory options, sprinkle toasted and crushed seeds over vegetable creams, homemade pestos, or pasta dishes, along with nutritional yeast to enhance umami flavor. They even work raw as a healthy substitute for breadcrumbs in breaded dishes you can later cook in an air-fryer, creating a low-carb dish with some imagination.
The mild flavor of the seeds and their pleasant texture, thanks to careful quality selection and raw presentation, make them ideal for both sweet and savory recipes, adding an extra something to your dishes.
