Long-acting natural granulated caffeine [caffeine anhydrous (plant extract from Coffea robusta beans)], L-theanine [from green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis)], vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], rice flour, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc citrate, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
