¿How to consume?
It is advisable to adjust the amount of product according to our weight, physical aspect and objectives. In general, it would be between 50-100g or 1 or 2 scoops of oat flour.
When to consume?
Breakfast
It is the perfect ingredient to cook breakfasts:
- If you want something quick: mix 1 scoop of Oat Flour and 1 scoop of Whey Protein Concentrate.
- If you prefer, you can cook a pancake with Oat Flour and Egg Whites.
Afternoon
A delicious recipe consists of combining Oat Flour along with Whipped Fresh Cheese or Greek Yogurt.
Before Physical Activity
