I'm going to do it in parts since I can not do it individually when buying it in pack. Peanut butter-> Excellent flavor, and that I have never been a fan of this product, nutritional value of ten and has nothing to do with the one sold in supermarkets (I would say more expensive and with half the benefits (or less)). Despite its density is a very caloric product so it can be a good ingredient to take at breakfast with toast instead of putting a lot of other foods (always in moderation), I'm using it as a protein intake in shakes but I will change the modus operandi because they saturate me too much, I will combine it with toast or pancakes. Mass gainer-> little I can say but I am starting to see results thanks to the combination of gym and shakes. Good taste, good presentation and good quality, although I think it leaves your mouth drier than I remember with the whey protein (maybe it's my feeling) but well, glass of water and go ahead Pancake flour-> the vanilla flavor gives it an extra touch, and if you take the shake and put it together with butter you get a breakfast/snack to raise a dead man (and if you get exquisite) with a juice and toast you feel like a marquis. I would recommend your purchase without any doubt
Voy a hacerlo por partes ya que no puedo hacerlo individualmente al comprarlo en pack.
Mantequilla de cacahuate-> Sabor excelente, y eso que nunca he sido fan de este producto, valoración nutricional de diez y nada tiene que ver con la que venden en los supermercados (diría que mas cara y con la mitad de beneficios (o menos)). Pese a su densidad es un producto muy calórico por lo que puede ser un buen ingrediente para tomar en el desayuno con unas tostadas en vez de meter mucha cantidad de otros alimentos (siempre con moderación), yo lo estoy usando como un aporte proteico en los batidos pero voy a cambiar el modus operandi porque me saturan demasiado, lo combinare con tostadas o con las tortitas.
Mass gainer-> poco puedo decir pero estoy empezando a ver resultados gracias a la combinación de gimnasio y batidos. Buen sabor, buena presentación y buena calidad, aunque si que creo que te deja la boca mas seca de lo que recuerdo con la proteína whey (puede que sea mi sensación) pero bueno, vasito de agua y para adelante
Harina para pancakes-> el sabor vainilla le da un toque extra, y ya si te tomas el batido y lo juntas con la mantequilla te queda un desayuno/merienda para levantar a un muerto (y si ya te pones exquisito) con un zumo y unas tostadas te sientes como un marqués.
