how can you combine the products?
There’s no single way to combine these products, you can use one of each around a training or competition with high demands, and only use one intra-workout, or Evorecovery in another; it all depends on your needs.
A common way to use these products is:
In a long event, like a marathon; you can take Evotonic, Evocarbs 2.0, or Evoendurance at a rate of 1 sachet per hour starting from the second hour of the race, using up to 2 per hour, accompanied by some additional carb source.
This additional source can come from gels or bars, which you can use flexibly; for example, you can take a gel along with some extra water or isotonic drink, 30 minutes before reaching km 20; likewise, if you know the terrain profile, you can prep your energy with the caffeinated gel about 40-50 minutes before a tough climb or difficult section.
You can open the bars and eat them directly because they digest very well and aren’t heavy, but you can also split them in halves or thirds and eat them every 30-60 minutes to add an extra carb dose.
After training, don’t forget your recovery shake with Evorecovery, mix 1 sachet in water and drink it after training; you can take another one an hour later if you don’t plan to eat for several hours, otherwise, just eat and drink plenty when you get home to ensure optimal muscle recovery.
