Evocasein 2.0 (Micellar Casein Digezyme)
Evocasein 2.0 is a product made from micellar casein with sweetener available in different flavors. It is made up by a DigeZyme® digestive enzyme complex (alpha-amylase, protease, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase and cellulase) with micellar casein. Together, they form a type of protein that progressively releases the amino acids into the bloodstream.
HOW TO TAKE?
The ideal thing would be mixing 1 or 2 scoops in 250-500ml of skimmed or water and take it at night or between the meals.
WHEN?
- Evocasein 2.0 is specially useful during the night; casein becomes a gel in the stomach that slows down the digestion and makes it more difficult to breakdown proteins into amino acids. Consequently, the nutrient demands of the muscles will be met for long periods of time when we do not eat any food.

I only tried the white chocolate one for now and it is very good. the prices, like everything else, have gone up. the presentation could be improved since you have to put half your arm inside to take out the product and you get stains all over it. it could be put in a jar or a smaller bag so that this does not happen.
Solo probé el de chocolate blanco por ahora y esta muy bueno. los precios como todo subieron. la presentación es mejorable ya que tienes que meter medio brazo dentro para sacar el producto y te manchas entero. se podría poner en bote o la bolsa mas pequeña para que esto no ocurra

I especially liked the chocolate flavor
I like this product, I usually mix it with a Greek yogurt and it satiates me a lot at dinner. I have been using it for a long time and I am not going to change.

EVOCASEIN highly recommended but avoid pack
The pack does not save money compared to the individual bags, but they are excluded from promotions. The nougat one is very good, although the others (white chocolate, chocolate and hazelnuts, meringue milk and banana) are also good. True the criticism that the envelopes do not close. Glass jars are essential (the 1.8l ones from IKEA are just enough for 500g). No problems of nocturnal acidity.
Con el pack no se ahorra respecto a las bolsas individuales, pero están excluidos de promociones. Muy bueno el de turrón, aunque los demás (choco blanco, choco y avellanas, leche merengada y plátano) también son buenos. Cierta la crítica de que los sobres no cierran. Imprescindibles los frascos de cristal (los de 1,8l de IKEA son justo para 500g). Sin problemas de acidez nocturna.

Ideal for tasting flavors without compromising.
This Evocasein tasting pack is great to try different flavors before buying the big bottle. Good dissolution, creamy texture and perfect for before bedtime because of its slow release. It is also quite satiating, so I also use it as a light snack.
