While other products made from regular presentations of immediate-release caffeine release more than 95% of their content in the first 5 minutes (Sager et al., 2019).

Highly effective
It is very effective. Except for one day when it hasn't had much effect, perhaps because I slept less, it usually lasts about 12 hours. It is true that it doesn't give you the high that a coffee gives you and at the beginning I am tired but then I last all day and I don't feel sleepy at all. Of course you have to be careful if you take it a little late because as I say, the effect lasts me about 12 hours. It is very worthwhile.
