Protein Oat Porridge is a food preparation made with oats, concentrated whey protein and whey protein isolate. With this preparation, you can make healthy breakfasts or snacks in just a few minutes. Also, its nutritional features are very interesting and it’s quite filling.

How to take it?

Heat 100 ml of water in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add 2 scoops (50 g) to the bowl of water.
While adding the product, stir with a spoon to get better consistency and creaminess and avoid lumps.

When to take it?

You can prepare porridge anytime, although it’s traditionally taken as breakfast or snack.
