Evowhey Protein

Evowhey Protein is a food preparation made from whey protein concentrate. It has a very complete amino acid profile, with a good amount of branched-chain amino acids and glutamine. Protein is a macronutrient that helps maintain muscle mass and therefore supports recovery after physical activity.

Leucine powder

Leucine is an essential amino acid for our body. This one belongs to our RawSeries brand, meaning it’s 100% pure, with no additives, and in powder form. All this makes it super interesting to mix with other supplements and create your own formulas.

Evocarbs (carbohydrates + electrolytes

Evocarbs is a carbohydrate formula with electrolytes designed for athletes doing long or high-intensity exercise. When developing this product, the needs of the most demanding athletes were taken into account.

How to take it?

Upon waking up and before breakfast

Mix 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein with 200-250 ml of skimmed milk or water.

Pre-Workout

30 min before exercise, take 1 scoop (5 g) of Leucine powder with water, juice, or your favorite drink.

Intra-Workout

Mix 2 scoops (40 g) of Evocarbs in 400 ml of water. Sip little by little.

Post-Workout

Mix 1 scoop (5 g) of Leucine powder + 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein with 250-300 ml of water.

If not training

Take 1 time a day, between meals, 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein with 200-250 ml of skimmed milk or water.

*Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense or long-lasting physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles.
