It is difficult to calculate the amount of caffeine with the dipper, in itself it is what is described as pure caffeine, better than in pills in my opinion with that extra energy typical, I do not recommend taking from the evening onwards.

One of the best supplements that you need 100% for those of you who make your own pre-workout shakers. Power assured, be careful not to exceed the dose. The scoop that comes (0.5ml) whole are 400mg of caffeine Half scoop would be 200mg of caffeine I recommend using a precision digital kitchen scale instead of the included scoop of 0.5ml. Perfect water solubility.
