Ascorbic acid (vitamin c), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), stabilizer (hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin known as an essential nutrient, with its consumption as such required for the proper functioning of the body. This product provides a high vitamin C content in a convenient form, in a single daily tablet.

Ascorbic acid is an acid whose appearance is that of a yellowish-white powder or crystals. It is soluble in water.
The L- enantiomer of ascorbic acid is popularly known as Vitamin C.
The name 'ascorbic' comes from the prefix a- (meaning 'not') and the Latin word scorbuticus (meaning scurvy), a disease caused by a lack of vitamin C in the body.
Ascorbic acid can't be synthesised by the body and must be obtained from food sources that contain it, or through supplementation.
We have adjusted the size of the vitamin C tablets to make this dietary supplement easier to take.
Even so, it's important to note that each tablet contains a large concentration of 1 gram of vitamin C, so it's impossible to develop a smaller tablet without it breaking down at that dose.

A high dosage that facilitates the intake of Vitamin C by reducing the number of servings needed to reach the recommended dose.
Just one tablet a day is enough.

The pills are a little big but they can be taken by splitting them, but I don't know if it is adequate since some of them require to be taken whole.

Best supplement to prevent colds and other illnesses
I have been taking them for 2 years now, and I have to say that during this time I have only had two colds a few times, when before I practically had a cold indefinitely. Maybe a 500 mg dose is fine, but if you are prone to colds, this supplement works wonders.
