The goal of the “Get Recovered Pack” is to help keep your training rhythm going, both in number of sessions and their intensity.

The pack is designed to be taken at the most 'critical' moment during the training day, which is right in the Peri-Workout period (before, during, or after training). It consists of 3 products, each with a specific function that complement each other spectacularly.

• Athletes doing high-intensity load training or combined with aerobic activities, with a minimum of 4 sessions a week, looking to improve body composition without major weight changes.
• Athletes in a period of high training volume and wear, who need to be 100% ready for every session to maintain performance and stick to the planned season goal.

Evowhey Evowhey is a Whey Protein Concentrate with great taste and smooth texture, providing over 23 g of high-quality protein per serving (1 scoop), including a full aminogram with essential and non-essential amino acids. Each dose also delivers up to 5 g of BCAAs and 4 g of Glutamine. As we all know, protein is made up of basic units (amino acids) involved in physiological processes that create and repair muscle fibers, while also supporting many other functions in our body. Evobcaa's These are the well-known Branched Chain Amino Acids (“BCAAs”), a trio of essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine. This formula is specially designed for performance, featuring a 12:1:1 ratio, surpassing other similar products. Thanks to this ratio, it emphasizes L-Leucine, providing about 6 g per scoop. Along with the BCAAs, the amino acid L-Glutamine Kyowa® has been added. Worth noting since L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body.

Evotonic This is a food preparation for isotonic drinks, based on carbohydrates and mineral salts, with proteins and amino acids. This solution is perfect for hydrating thanks to the mineral salts it contains (magnesium, sodium, potassium). It’s meant to be taken as an intra-workout drink, meaning while you’re exercising, since its ingredients allow it. It’s considered an isotonic drink and meets European regulations for beverages aimed at replenishing water and mineral salts for athletes. It contains PeptoPro®, a type of protein that has undergone hydrolysis, so amino acids are quickly available in the bloodstream.

We suggest 2 possible ways to use it depending on the time of day you train: morning workout or afternoon workout. Doses will vary based on each person’s condition.

A) Morning workout

PERI-WORKOUT (training without prior food – just woke up)

1. About 30 minutes before training, take ½ or 1 scoop of Evobcaas.
2. During training, sip Evotonic little by little to stay hydrated without feeling heavy. Mix one heaping scoop (35 g) per 400 ml of water.
3. After training, have a shake of Evowhey. Take 1-2 scoops depending on your needs. You can easily calculate your daily protein and nutrient needs from this link.

B) Afternoon workout

PERI-WORKOUT (training with prior meals)

1. If about 2 h have passed since your last meal before training, don’t take anything; otherwise, follow the same plan as A).
2. During training, sip Evotonic little by little to stay hydrated without feeling heavy. Mix one heaping scoop (35 g) per 400 ml of water.
3. Just like with morning workouts, after training have a shake of Evowhey. Again, 1-2 scoops depending on your needs.
