Rice Cream Rice Cream is a food made from rice flour treated by precooking to achieve an unbeatable texture, easily and without needing a shaker. This product is light, very nutritious, and has excellent digestibility. It’s also rich in complex carbs but low in sugar, making it ideal for athletes, since carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense or long-lasting physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles.
