Excellent support for muscle recovery.
Pure HMB powder is ideal for maintaining muscle mass during periods of intense training or caloric deficit. I notice it especially in recovery and stiffness reduction. It dissolves well and since it has no taste, it can be mixed with any shake or juice. Very good quality, as always in HSN.
